Smartwings Jobs & Education is a personnel and training agency of the Smartwings Group, which shares the experience, skills and know-how of its employees with employers from various fields and individuals.
Smartwings Jobs. offers personnel consulting services and job placement based on an authorization issued by the Labor Authority of the Czech Republic. As the largest Czech airline, we are also a major seasonal employer due to the increased summer operation. At the same time, we have the possibility to offer the free capacity of our quality, professional and great people for various types of cooperation.
Smartwings Education undertakes professional certified courses and tailor-made educational activities focused on aviation, from the operation to the development of managerial skills. Another area of interest is establishing new contacts and creating active cooperation with high schools and universities with the aim to connect theory with practice.
