Smartwings Education is an organization full of specialists in various fields, and since we know how difficult it is to acquire and further develop such skills, our main goal is to develop on two levels.

Transfer of knowledge and skills

Smartwings airline has gained great knowledge for more than 20 years of its operation; the aim is to pass on this acquired knowledge to other aviation and non-aviation companies based on training, seminars, coaching and providing already completed products to other parties.

These trainings are suitable for both aviation and non-aviation entities (e.g. road transport, cargo transport and companies cooperating in stressful and time-consuming situations and are interested in improving their processes, the quality of decision-making and teamwork).

Establishing cooperation at the academic level

Establish new contacts and create cooperation with high schools and universities; we will provide the verification of the application of theories in practice. Furthermore, we will address students with potential and offer them the possibility of individual cooperation with us.
